Overweight Charges
Each plan includes a weight limit per pickup. If your laundry exceeds that limit, it's just $2 per extra pound no hidden fees, no surprises.
Comforter Charge
Comforters need their own washing and drying machines and are charged at $8 per comforter to ensure they get the care they need.

No. We don’t charge extra for same-day or 4-hour turnaround. Every plan includes our fastest possible return at no additional cost.
What happens if my laundry weight goes over the weight limit of my plan?
We carefully weigh your laundry and if it goes over your plan limit there is a $2 per lb charge applied to that order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is stored securely for hassle-free reorders.
How does the first time customer discount work?
Your first order automatically receives an instant discount at checkout - no code needed.
How do I refer friends and earn credits?
