Last-Minute Cancellations
If a scrubber is already on their way and you cancel, the pickup credit for the order will be applied to cover the scrubber's time and travel. This credit cannot be refunded at this time.
If you'd like to repurchase your pickup credit, you may do so for a $10 cancellation fee. Please reach out to support for assistance with this option.
Comforter Charge
Comforters need their own washing and drying machines and are charged at $8 per comforter to ensure they get the care they need.

How much is 20lbs of laundry ?
It is roughly equivalent to a full hamper or a full standard washing machine. No need to stress; our scrubber will accurately measure your laundry weight.
What happens if my laundry weighs more than the plan limit ?
No stress! If your laundry goes over the weight limit for your plan, we'll handle the extra pounds for just $2 per pound.
How do I know how much my laundry weighs ?
Your laundry will be carefully weighed by our scrubber. Any extra weight charges will be calculated accordingly and will be due at delivery.
What happens if I don't use all my pickups ?
No worries! Unused pickups roll over to the next month and stay valid for up to 3 months. After that, they will expire. Be sure to use them before they're gone!
Can I have my laundry items washed separately ?
Yes, we can wash your items separately if requested (e.g., daily clothes and pet blankets). However, this will require an additional pair of washers and dryers. In such cases, an $15 fee will be applied for the extra pair of machines used.
What's the turnaround time for laundry ?
We strive to return your freshly cleaned and perfectly folded laundry in as little as 4 hours for standard sized loads (approx 20lbs). However, larger loads may take more time.
