Privacy Policy for NoScrubs Laundry Delivery

NoScrubs Inc, dba NoScrubs Laundry Delivery ("we," "us," or "our"), is a Delaware C-Corporation doing business in Texas & Florida. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information. This information is collected when you create an account, place an order, or communicate with us.
- Service Information: Details about the laundry services you request, including pickup and delivery details, and any specific instructions you provide.
- Laundry Data: Data related to your laundry orders, including order frequency, item counts, garment types, fabric composition, brand information, garment condition, wash and dry cycle data, processing times, images of items processed, and other characteristics of the items we process for you. Laundry Data describes the items we process and is not personally identifiable information. The handling of Laundry Data is described in Section 3 and in the NoScrubs Terms of Service.
- Location Data: We access location data to provide our services. This data may be stored on our servers if a separate agreement is signed with you. Otherwise, it is used ephemerally and not stored.
2. Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and manage our laundry delivery services
- Process your transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices
- Improve our services and customer experience
- Communicate with you about your account, our services, and promotional offers
- Ensure the quality of our services through quality control measures, including the use of images of your clothing
- Conduct research, analytics, and product development, including training machine learning models
- Generate aggregated and de-identified data sets
- Share Laundry Data with partners as described in Section 3
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, cloud hosting, customer support, and email or SMS delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- Laundry Data: Because Laundry Data is not personally identifiable information, we may use, analyze, aggregate, and share Laundry Data with business partners, including apparel brands, retailers, manufacturers, laundromat operators, researchers, advertisers, and other commercial partners, for any lawful purpose, including service operation, quality control, product development, analytics, machine learning model training, market research, advertising, and commercial partnerships.
- Aggregated and De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data with any third party for any lawful purpose without restriction.
- Corporate Transactions: If NoScrubs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NoScrubs, our customers, or others.
- Other Personally Identifiable Information: Except as described above, we do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws in other states) to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Opt out of certain uses of your personal information, including profiling
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. We use various security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL) technology. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Account Information: You can update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
- Communication Preferences: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by contacting us.
6A. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from NoScrubs Laundry Delivery. Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or HELP to any SMS message.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the effective date, and, where required by law, by providing additional notice.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Aggregated, de-identified, and non-personally-identifiable data (including Laundry Data) may be retained indefinitely. You can request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
